Chi di voi ha mai usato un diagramma RACI? Una lettura per iniziare a conoscere il concetto (traduzione).

Parlando di DMAIC, è uno strumento molto utile nella fase di "definizione" (define).

Non conoscevo questo strumento ma mi fa sorgere una domanda: è uno strumento circoscritto a determinati ambiti o lo si potrebbe usare ovunque e da chiunque se capito bene?

Direi proprio che le applicazioni sono infinite, KK. Puoi usarlo ogni volta che devi definire bene compiti e attività.

L'attrezzo può essere utilizzato per qualche cosa che gradiciate. Lavoro, casa, scuola, sport. Qualunque momento la gente sta lavorando insieme, potete utilizzare questo attrezzo per definire i ruoli e le responsabilità.
