mi è stata segnalata questa offerta, che ha la particolarità di essere per un posto in UK ma gestibile in full remote.

La cosa interessante è che la RAL è "inglese", il che la rende a mio avviso mertitevole di uno sguardo più attento.

POSITION SUMMARY [Ref. R0010646]

As a Quality Manager Material Sourcing you will be in control of and creation of managing quality programs in collaboration with Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D to reduce risks related to materials sourcing for our two production sites based in UK and Europe. To provide Quality and Technical support to all divisions of Diversey (Food & Beverage, Professional) sourcing quality activities: supplier selection, development, approval and performance management in Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with Procurement sourcing and contract manufacturing teams for supplier and contract manufacturers quality improvements.
- To provide support to Supply Chain, Procurement and R&D for the development, implementation and maintenance of best practice quality processes related to sourcing of raw, pack materials and products and tools to support business growth.
- To provide specialist support to areas outside of general quality activities – act as a back up to Quality
- Programs Manager (general quality topics, medical device scope)
- Support of 3PA/Contract Manufacturing and Raw and Packaging materials Procurement Sourcing, Manufacturing teams:
> Development of audit protocols and Quality Agreement documentation
> Quality/Capability pre-supply and surveillance auditing (e.g. Quality, Hygiene, Enzyme, ISO13485, ISO22716, religious) – screening assessment, development and qualification of suppliers
> Complaint reporting, management and investigation – interface between Diversey and supplier. Provide technical expertise to drive resolution
> Driving corrective actions/continuous improvement with suppliers
> Specialist Pharmaceutical (sterile), Medical Device manufacture support
> Reporting of suppliers performance with Procurement and driving improvements
> Support for Diversey sites completing Customer Questionnaires for Pharmaceutical customers
> General customer queries/questions regarding quality
> Supply of Certificates of Analysis/Conformance (development of processes and tools) for 3PA’s
> Support of Customer audits of suppliers, 3PA/contract manufacture sites
> Technical site visits in case of Quality issues, new projects

- Factory support including Involvement in EMEA Quality and EHS improvement projects, Involvement in supply chain quality issues and Involvement in European/Global Quality Circle
- Support of IMS in EMEA region (Integrated Management System)
- Support certification audits including ISO 13485 (planning, preparation and execution)
- Support in regional Quality and EHS reporting
- Support in document management for Quality and EHS (review, update, issue, training)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / LICENCES

- Degree or Masters qualified, or 3+ years Technical/Associate experience within a similar complex multi-national or international position essential
- Lead Quality Auditor Training, Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS, cGMP, IFS HPC.
- Knowledge of Medical Device ISO13485 and Six Sigma methodology is an additional benefit.
- Technical expertise in Packaging production and/ or chemical production
- Exceptional communication skills, with a particular emphasis on client engagement
- Effectively assigns responsibilities and sets clear expectations ensuring work results are understood.
- Ability to solve complex problems and develop solutions
- Experience delivering highly complex programs and projects on-time and on-budget
- Client management and project leadership skills demonstrated through broad consultative experience and knowledge
- IT literate (MS Office)
- Position will require UK and European travel
